- FPFS, Chartered MCSI CEO | Chartered Financial Planner | Wealth Manager
Complex financial affairs rarely fit neatly into separate boxes. Andrew’s role is to see the connections and make sure every decision supports the whole plan.
Andrew is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Wealth Manager with a strong technical and tax-planning focus. He provides independent advice to high-net-worth individuals and families, business owners, professional and lay trustees, Court-appointed deputies and corporate clients.
His work spans pensions, investments, tax planning, trusts, inheritance tax, estate and protection planning, business interests and intergenerational wealth. Rather than treating each area separately, Andrew brings them together around the client’s family, business and long-term objectives.
He works particularly closely with company directors and entrepreneurs on tax-efficient profit extraction, pensions and investments, business protection, succession and preparation for a future sale or exit. For clients with more complex affairs, he often works in a family-office style, coordinating with accountants, Chartered Tax Advisers, private client solicitors and other specialists.
Andrew is a dual-Chartered professional, being both a Chartered Financial Planner and Chartered MCSI. He is also a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (FPFS) and holds the CII Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and the CISI Level 6 Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice & Management (PCIAM).
As founder and CEO of ADNFC Financial Consultants, Andrew leads the firm’s advisers and support staff and chairs the firm’s Investment Committee, while remaining personally involved in advising clients.
His clients are supported by a senior, highly qualified team, with day-to-day administration and ongoing client support handled by experienced and professionally qualified staff who know each client’s circumstances, objectives and financial plan in detail. This means clients have access to knowledgeable people throughout the relationship, rather than their ongoing support being passed to a general administrative team.
Based in York, Andrew advises clients throughout the UK, with a significant client base in central London. He has worked in financial services since 2003 and lives on the River Ouse with his partner and their dogs. Outside work, he enjoys the gym, theatre and travelling.
